if he stayed, just ask him to pay for the damages, which would be nothing compaired to what he could face if they find him...he just had no sense of responsiblity...pretty common these days...Toronto is getting worse and worse in general...it was in an area rich with Tamil gang activity, and we've had 14 shootings in the last 2 weeks...what do you expect with such lax penalties, people just don't care
